Remove All IPs (keep ports)
Hapus SEMUA IP upstream (available + used + active). Port + credential customer TETAP IDUP. Session jadi orphan sementara — customer connect fail sampai upload stock baru. Saat upload baru: auto-adopt orphan sessions ke IP baru.
Atau paste IP spesifik untuk di-remove. Session yang lagi jalan tetap idup (default). Format: host:port:user:pwd.

Wipe Everything
Kosongkan socks.txt + purge SEMUA session aktif (port di-close). Customer kehilangan koneksi. Butuh upload ulang untuk mulai lagi.
Re-classify Countries
Trigger ulang lookup country untuk subnet yang masih "??" di pool. Sequential lookup ipinfo.io. Persist ke geoip map file.
Migrate Priority
Swap semua session non-priority ke priority country. Auto jalan tiap restart (kalau MIGRATE_ON_STARTUP=true).
